Very clean and comfortable.
11 am check out, wish it were 1 pm but oh well - it is what it is.

I liked the price and location next to interstate. Continental breakfast was good.
Door locks seemed abused, signs with fines in bathrooms for stolen articles.

“First impression was nice and clean rooms. Not fancy but above what one would expect for a 1-star hotel.”

Good air conditioning.
Bathtub was up high off the floor and signs telling how much you'd be charged for each item if missing.

“Good place to stay if just traveling through town on a tight budget.”

Location was easy to get to and only 2 miles form my conference.
Everything except the location.

“My room was cleaned in the sense of the word, however, there was something nasty on the wall, the lock had been broken off and escrowed in several times, and the bathroom had rust coming out of ever craves. The shower curtain also had something on it that I don't even care to know about. I will never again stay in a hotel that has to post a sign of the cost for each item in the room that is missing when I check out.”
