• Hotel was in Santa Barbara.
• Staff extremely unfriendly and rude.

“This hotel was truly a disappointment. Room was very small near a busy intersection staff was extremely rude. Latter they sent a letter apologizing for any misunderstanding, stating that they have discussed the matter with their staff. Not, hardly a solution or even admitting any fault. This might be more acceptable for a hotels rented by the hour. Not somewhere you would take your family.”
