“This hotel was not in the heart of Carson City, only a sizzler in walking distance, no pool and the room smelled really bad. Breakfast was a packaged Swedish roll no OJ, and coffee was cold.”

“This hotel is older, but very clean and the staff was good. It is exactly what I expected for the star level and what we paid.”

“On the plus side, very inexpensive, convenient location, front desk staff is very friendly. On the negative side, the room is dated and had cigarette burns on the bathtub and sink. The room had an odor which possibly was of a formerly a smoking room. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and individually wrapped cinnamon rolls.”

“I was very disappointed in the staff at the hotel. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone, and I will never stay there again.”

“Very clean, heater worked great, friendly staff, felt safe, was quiet from road noise, although you can hear the people above you, but everything still has the cigarette smell, bring your fabreez spray, room freshener so your clothes don't stink the next day. Good place for 1 or 2 nights for the budget minded.”

“This hotel is for cost conscience travelers. Fairly clean, good bed, sort of basic. No ironing facilities in room.”

“It was a good experience, having a bit of a feel of a less expensive very plain hotel with outside entrance doors. The air works great, beds were clean, hot water made for great showers and the shower head was very full which I liked al lot.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had to date, and I've done the poor college student - 7 people to a cheap room in Vegas - thing. No maid service. When requested, the only thing they did was make the bed. Proven by the footprint in the shower that survived all three of us for two days. Booked for three people and all they could offer was a one queen bed room with a cot - then they charged for the cot. Non-smoking room had obviously been a smoking room within the past few days. Coffee Pot in Room with no coffee, when requested coffee was received poorly. Requested towel for third party in room, expected to be charged from reaction. Continental breakfast consisted of unidentifiable juice or weak coffee and granola bars To sum up, I would rather spend another night in the hourly rated no tell, motel I ended up in on Staten Island. They at least changed the sheets and replaced the toilet paper!”

“This is a very basic Days Inn. The lady checking us in was very cold and un-helpful. Of course the room was a smoking room and I understand we were not guaranteed one, but it was her attitude that was wrong. It smelled like a 60's bar!”

“Very affordable but their sheets, lamps and other furnishings are obviously worn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a good location. Great for cheapskates, anyone looking for comfort keeps looking.”

“The room was surprisingly clean. The neighbors are apartment dwellers and when you pull in for the first time at 9pm, it is not comforting to look at the shabby apartments. That's why the room was a surprise. However, the plumbing was very noisy. Every shower, flush, or any water running was heard too easily. Made for light sleeping because of the noise.”

“It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and in good condition. They offered fresh fruit and Danish in the mornings along with coffee and juice. I would recommend this hotel for families and business travelers who want comfort at a reasonable price without all the frills.”

“I preferred non-smoking which was selected on line reservations and rooms next to each other which I did not get. Breakfast was not to my expectations. Something needs to be done with the water temperature for showers. I waited 1 hour for the water to warm up of which. It did not and had to take cold showers. It was already cold in Tahoe for the winter, let a lone take a cold shower my children as well as everyone else causing. Delays of our agenda for the day.”

“I was a bit surprised that this hotel is rated 2 stars (I would not stay at a 1 star with my wife) and is not a new facility. The second day we were looking at the other places in town for my next stay in 6 weeks so we did not spend more time in the room at needed. There are better places and value in Carson city.”

“Check in clerk was unfriendly, the heater was very noisy, there were few people staying there, but they put every occupant in adjoining rooms. Low class people with loud voices on both sides with loud TV¿s. Chair cushion had an 8 inch tear in it. Found long black hair in my shower, overall assessment. I'll never stay there again.”
