• Close to airport fare breakfast.
• Had to go out side for everything.

“Good for location. Rooms need updated. In close wake ways. Not a place to stay for a vacation in Reno. Employees were very nice and helpful. Stay okay for our needs at that time.”

• Staff very courteous, coffee was the greatest!
• No bad things to report.

“Hotel is located a little far for the downtown gambling crowd, but is in nice, quiet area, near freeway, and the old Hilton hotel is nearby. They have continental breakfast, and swimming pool. Would recommend to anyone.”

“The cleaning staff made no attempt to air out the room prior to us arriving. My room and my friend's room both reeked more of smoke than any bar or casino that we went into on the trip.”

• Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.
• Very loud, all night. Next to a large parking area for big rigs. Freeway noise!

“This hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly. It has wireless access and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the noise at this hotel is so bad that you will not be able to sleep. It is near the freeway and a parking area for big rigs that come and go all night. The hotel also puts up construction crews. The balcony was full of single men hanging out and drinking beer. They were quiet though, so I guess it wasn't the worst thing. The noise is just too much. They need to sound proof the rooms or state how loud it is at this hotel on the website.”

• Breakfast included.
• Maximum 5 minutes watching a TV program before the channel is automatically changed back to the hotels commercial. Drove me crazy and I complained.

“Comfortable room, convenient location. I forgot some clothing and called the desk the day following my stay. The staff said they would check for my clothing items but I never heard back from them.”

• My equipment was safe in the parking lot.
• No microwave in the room.

“Nice place right off the freeway. Very safe and quiet, nothing fancy but not a lot of traffic. Very friendly to business travelers.”

• Ugly, noisy location.

“The hotel itself was fine, the room was adequate (nothing special, but clean) The bed was comfortable. But its location is almost underneath the freeway with nothing but concrete and industrial area surrounding it. Conveniently close to airport is the only plus for location.”

• Ghetto guests. Poorly maintained rooms. Unsafe locale.

“While the breakfast selection is very decent, the facilities and rooms are poorly maintained to down right dirty. Faucet broke during shower and too many "ghetto" people staying at this hotel makes it an extremely unsafe hotel.”

• The staff was very courteous and the check in and check out was easy and fast.
• The room was hot and not conveniently located. The neighborhood didn't feel very safe. The hotel was rather dumpy looking.

• Dirty, disgusting, not child-friendly, dated.

“Dirty, disgusting and dated best describes this hotel. I was very disappointed with our stay. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels, and had a very good experience. Our room was so musty, we had to leave the door open for 45 minutes. I did not want to walk around without shoes on, but my daughter did. Half way through the evening her feet were completely black. The choice of temperature for the shower was freezing or second degree burn. It was a terrible experience. This hotel needs to be shut down.”

• The friendliness of the clerks at the front desk.
• The pillows were very hard and thin.

“Not know where we were going to stay, I was a bit comprehensive when we pulled up to the lobby, but once in side I was greeted with two front desk young ladies that insured me of the safety of the area and when we arrived at our room, we found it very clean and inviting. My only regret is that I did not bring my pillow from home because I did not sleep very well due to the pillows that were flat and hard.”

• Clean and decent. Very helpful staff.
• Uncomfortable bed. $115 was a little pricey for the quality.

“Overall the stay was pleasant enough. The room was clean, though the place could use a bit of a renovation The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I had expected a little more.”
