“The location of the hotel was excellent; close to restaurants and the river. However, the customer service was poor and the pool and hot tub were closed. If we would have known that there was no hot tub, we would have opted to stay at a different hotel.”

“ We came from the airport to the hotel and never left. We had a great time. Restaurants were very good, restrooms clean and had hand lotion, very important when in dry areas. Most hotels have stopped this little extra. ”

“There was a $3 resort fee (What was that for, the privilege of gambling?). The buffet was expensive and the food only so-so for $35 for two people. I expected better quality food and selection.”

“No room in the fridge, was pre-stocked with other stuff. Air conditioner would not cool. Bed too soft. Small room.”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the large room, cleanliness of facilities and friendly staff. We plan to stay here the next time we are in town.”

“Perhaps an upgraded room would be nicer, but the quality of the room we had was like a 2 star hotel. It smelled bad, the carpet was old and the room was tiny. I would have rather stayed in a Holiday Inn than this room. The casino was awesome though.”

“This was a nice hotel. Lots of options for places to eat inside the hotel without having to walk through the casino, which was nice for kids.”

“Because we had to pay for Internet connection, my partner was furious. He is an IT professional, and could not believe a hotel with this star rating would make you pay for such a thing. For that one reason, he would not return. However, from my standpoint, I went to get away from the laptop, see family, and it was a lovely hotel. I would go again based on the lovely facilities, and extremely helpful staff. Need to include a microwave though in the standard rooms to go along with your service bar etc. As a standard item. Just for the convenience.”

“Typical Reno casino/hotel. Not much surprises except the nicely remodeled buffet restaurant.”

“Rooms are crappy. The hotel is nice besides that, but the room was awful. There was a 19" old TV and the bathroom was horrible.”

“Great place to stay for a weekend or couple of days. Easy access for parking and you can walk everywhere. The hotel rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable and the large flat screen TV made it hard to get out of bed on Sunday. I've stayed at this property a couple of times now and have never been disappointed.”

“The Eldorado is nice. The rooms are affordable and the experience is higher class then similar casino hotels in the area. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fun, relaxing experience. Not the nicest or classiest, however it is still clean and friendly.”

“The room was very nice and the staff helpful although not always knowledgeable. Lots of restaurant choices. I wouldn't feel safe walking around the streets, skybridge to parking garage. Pool is seasonal and closes very early by 7 p.m. minimum.”
