• Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
• Ants in the room that kept coming back after they sprayed.

“The only thing that marred our experience at the Quality Inn of Fresno was the ants in our room. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. They could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay including providing driving instructions. The continental breakfast was very basic, but it did include fresh fruit and plenty of delicious pastry. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience there.”

• It was easy to find.
• Access to the room was from the outside, carpet was dirty, felt unsafe.

“The hotel clerk was very friendly and the location was accessible. I do not care to stay at hotels where the entrance to my room is from the outside which was the case here. The carpet was dirty and the toilet ran all night long.”
