• Nothing.
• So rude staff.

“We went to the hotel & had our 2 year child with us so the receptionist made us pay 33 dollars per night for him. I think that was ridiculous, we were never charged anything in any hotel before.”

• Pool area was nice.
• Unfriendly staff, poor customer service, and poor conditions.

“The 'Not So' Quality Inn, check in was a disaster. The room was not clean and the overall cost was not justified with the service or appearance of the hotel.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Our room was filthy, needed repairs and noisy.

“Room was dirty, light bulbs burned out, needed vacuuming. First room was definitely a smoked in non-smoking room that reeked. After moving to a non-smoking room, we were disappointed at the dirty bathroom, carpet, and garbage under the beds from who knows whom. My sister had a smoking room with cigarette pack in the waste basket and an empty water bottle on the floor when she got the room. Holes in the blankets. No food left on Saturday morning at the continental breakfast. Will not go back. Shower door needed repair. Outlet by sink not working properly. Hairdryer would not work there, but does at home?”

• Maid service did not restock coffee in room.

“The room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy during the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and provided information when available.”
