• Room was small.

• It was a great location for what we needed.
• Water pressure in the bathroom is not very good.

“I was pleasantly surprised with this room. It was very cozy, and the AC in our room was awesome! We also had a mini fridge, and a microwave in the room. They offered a cont. breakfast in the morning we slept in, so we didn't have a chance to sample the goodies). All in all I would definitely stay here again on my way up the coast!”

• The hardboiled eggs had already been peeled. This seemed very unsanitary.

“Okay overall. Very close to the freeway if freeway noise will be a problem when trying to go to sleep.”

• The continental breakfast is great-over all everything went great.
• Traveling with kids-it didn't have activities for them-no swimming pool.

“Over all We Like our stay there, especially the trip to Solvang and the beach, Santa Barbara was Great.”

• Road Noise, toilet ran, plumbing malfunction, poor TV selection.

• the service was extremely kind and helpful even at 1:00 AM.
• Our bathtub backed up on us. (they were quick to remedy this situation).

“The hospitality was kind and considerate. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They served fresh baked began waffles in the morning. when we had a problem they were right on it. They let us check out 2 hours after checkout time with no extra charge. also they served us in our room at 1 AM (and were pleasant at all hours).”
