I liked that it was pet friendly, and the continental breakfast.
The jacuzzi was barely luke warm, it was extremely disappointing after traveling 10 hours on the road with a broken neck.

“Overall it was great. Everyone was very friendly, and polite. My only issue was with the jacuzzi not being hot enough. I know there are probably laws for how hot they can be, but this hot tub wasn't any warmer than the swimming pool.”

The staff was gracious and accommodating.

The location was convenient.
The heat did not work, nor did the TV remote.

“The room had a thermostat, only we found out that it was useless - the whole building was on one program. The heat didn't work in the building anyway. We had to go to the office and ask before they offered us a space heater, and they also provided extra blankets upon request.”

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was dingy and not very clean.

“I will try to avoid Travel lodge in the future because the facility was run down.”
