• Liked the microwave, fridge and indoor swimming pool.
• Didn't like the hotel locking us out of our room twice and didn't that they didn't have a sew kit when I needed to sew a bottom on my shorts.

“The breakfast they served was ok, but should have provided items with less sugar. the bed was too soft. The hotel in general met our needs for the two nights.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• Out side noise.

“I had a big rig truck parked outside my window and the compressor for the refrigerator started several times during the night. This made getting a good rest difficult.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• Was not as clean as I had hoped.

“The staff very helpful I was ill when I was there and the staff was very helpful. The air freshener was very strong that they used in the hallways.”

• The decor of the room was homey, not too fancy, and not too cheap.
• Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier.

• Evening/night front desk very friendly and helpful.
• Am front desk not helpful. Had trouble with cable and hotel did nothing to make up for trouble?

“Hotel good location. Easy to find. Rooms large with soft comfortable beds. Apple decorations everywhere. Breakfast in morning good and filling. ”

• Very customer orientated.
• Not too much.

“My daughter was ill during our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to provide medicine and milk for her, so I did not have to leave the hotel. She is not a young child (16) but the care that was shown to us was remarkable, and why we go back to this hotel annually.”

• Friendly staff, good location.
• Non-smoking room smelled of pipe smoke.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The room was large but smelled of pipe smoke. The free breakfast was very nice indeed. At the price we paid, it was a very good experience.”

• Friendly and helpful staff, free Internet and free local calls. Comfortable beds.
• Didn't really like the shower other than that everything was fine.

“The room was very comfortable and the staff was always ready to help with any of our needs. Since our visit was to check up on an elderly relative it was very nice to be able to use the free Internet and the free local phone calls was very useful. Since we do not own a cell phone, these were very important amenities for us. We will always stay at La Quinta whenever we visit the Wenatchee area.”
