  • Fine location for stores recreation.
  • We are fine we will visit again.

“We were well taken care of. They found the best room for my wife and 9lbs yoki female which is part of the family. The location was perfect. Thank you. Will be back!”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[7]

  • Very clean, environmentally sensible, as you can request that bedding not be changed daily, which is unnecessary?
  • No light above and no standard plug in near the desk.

“Friendly staff, outrageously large free "continental" breakfasts, excellent and efficient heating system (down to 24 degrees outdoors on 9 December but cozy in the room), and good value for the price.”

  • Pretty setting and buildings.
  • Had to go to the restaurant across the parking lot for free continental breakfast.

“Very pretty setting reflective of this part of the Sierra foothills. Nice staff. Rooms are not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Cute "woodsy" decor.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Lead Desk person was very helpful, friendly.
  • Very dirty, smelled musty continental breakfast not a true continental breakfast.

“The room smelled awful. We had to go buy spray and candles. There were tons of flies. There were long black hairs on most of the towels everyday- we stayed 3 although we all have blond, brown hair. The shower had other hairs before we even took showers. The shower was not cleaned at all during our stay, neither was the coffee maker. The spa smelled so strongly of chlorine that you couldn't stay in it. The continental breakfast consisted of either one of three types of cold cereal, a Danish, toast, or oatmeal, along with juice, coffee, or tea and fruit that was dried out and nasty or you could exchange the breakfast coupon for a mere $1 off the reg breakfast. What a rip off-it was convenient but we ended up going somewhere else. I would not stay here again.”

  • I really liked the setting of the hotel. It felt as though we were out in the country.
  • It could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed hairs in drawers and on bathroom floor and in tub. The pool was too cold and we could not use it.

“It was a very nice hotel. We were in Sonora boating and being 8 months pregnant and unwilling to camp this hotel was perfect for me. The pool could have been warmer and the hot tub cooler then my daughter would have enjoyed her stay a bit more.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[7]

  • Pretty setting and nice pool.
  • Very uncomfortable beds and pillows.

“Pretty setting just out of town. Quiet and clean with basic rooms.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The staff was helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, the nearby restaurant was excellent.
  • The only negative was that the patio landscaping had not yet been completed.

“We had an overall favorable impression of the staff, the hotel and the adjoining restaurants. Our time spent in Sonora was delightful and the stay at this particular hotel was a good part of our enjoyment.”
