• Location, clean, friendly staff and good price.
• Needs updating.

“For the money, can't beat it! A free BBQ dinner included. No breakfast but coffee in the office. Rooms are decent size but the Inn is dated and needs renovating, especially the bathrooms. But it is clean and inexpensive, so I'd stay there again.”

• Let is check in early; big pool; nice front desk.
• Dirty pool, nonworking Jacuzzi, peeling, broken bathroom, maintenance sprayed us with hose repeatedly while we were in pool.

“The Rose Garden Inn is great for a right-off-the-highway stop. Unfortunately, it's seen better days. The front desk was accommodating and polite; the maintenance staff included a gentleman who sprayed down the patio for over an hour in one spot, nailing us with water and dirt in the process. Our nonsmoking room was for a long time, I suspect, a smoking room. The old-cigarette odor was overpowering, with an overlay of room freshener. The bathroom included peeling and badly taped wallpaper, a sink with a repeatedly removable knob, burned out light bulbs and not enough towels by half. The Jacuzzi was neither cleaned nor working. I would not stay again, simply because I believe there are better options for the price, but during the busy season, you take what you can get.”

• The pool, free tri-tip dinner, HBO, Fridge/AC/microwave.
• Old, icky shower& toilet seat, dirty pillows.

“Overall, what I should have expected for the price. The staff were very nice and helpful, it's just an older facility. They do provide Tri-Tip BBQ dinner M-The (I think) which was quite good. The pool looked very nice-just didn't have time to enjoy it.”

• Nice, clean, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable, affordable, beautiful roses, complimentary dinners.
• Furnishings and fixtures were outdated.

“Overall a nice place, clean room and surroundings. Affordable. Our room was away from the traffic noise, which was nice. I would liked to have spent more time at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The whole experience, hotel was nasty and filthy.

“If you recommend this hotel to future customers you have better to prepare for a lot of complaints as this hotel was the worst place I have ever seen. their were pet stains on the carpet, mold in the shower and toilet, peeling paint everywhere, and burnt holes in the comforters. I was disgusted and offended.”

• Staff was great.
• Towels were very thin and only a few were provided.

“Great for a leisure trip. Amenities bare boned but overall was great value. Stayed in places 30% more and this hotel was better. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.”
