• The full breakfast and helpful staff were very nice.
• I wish the pool had longer hours and water faucets worked better.

“The room was well-appointed and not cramped. Mini refrigerator had freezer compartment and was a good size. Main bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows for even sofa bed. Room coffee was tasty and hotel breakfast area was generously supplied. Fresh breakfast fruit did need better maintenance to remove berries with bad spots. At first, we thought the breakfast table area was too small but then realized that an additional room opens off the back and had very few diners; so look for it if you think the area is too crowded. Facilities were clean and odorless but the bathroom (as with many hotels) showed some age with gaps in caulk. The room has two phones, but the one in the bed room had no pen and pad by it- not much of an issue since most people use their own cell phones anyway and just move to the sitting room where paper and pad are readily available. We only stayed briefly, otherwise we would have asked why the water faucets in the bathroom area did not seem to work properly. Still, good enough for a bath or shower after you "fiddled" with them a little. The lobby is smaller than most hotels but we seldom use it to entertain or relax anyway. Enjoyed our stay very much and staff was very helpful!”

• The atmosphere with waterfalls. pool and sauna were absolutely beautiful.
• They were a little slow with the maid service.

“The hotel is centrally located near all kinds of restaurants, gas stations, mini markets, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, movie theaters, etc. My boyfriend and I gave this hotel and location two thumbs up. The rooms were beautiful, the pool, sauna and waterfall were beautiful and very well kept. It was cute the way the frogs talked when we let ourselves in the main doors. And the 'free' full breakfast can not be beat. The breakfast alone for the two of us each morning more than made up for the already low price that we paid for the suite alone. It was my birthday and my boyfriend wanted to treat me to a nice restaurant with happy birthday singing and all, and he said the staff could not have been more helpful. Please give our KUDOS to the Embassy Suites in Lompoc. We are already planning another return visit just for a leisurely stay this time.”
