• Easy access to the main road.
• The smell of the room, the shower let the water out from the bottom, etc.

“The bed sheets and covers did not smell clean, the room had the smell of sour old milk, the shower let the water out from the bottom, etc.”

• Quiet, parking close to the room.
• It can take 30 to 45 minutes to travel to Santa Maria. Room had cigarette odor.

“Clean but plain, no frills, restaurants nearby, not close to major freeways, roads are dark coming back from Santa Maria, located on the main street in Lompoc, well lighted.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• No ac requiring windows to be left open does not leave you feeling secure.

“We were a family of 4 traveling on vacation. We requested extra bath towels and pillows at check in. We had 3 towels in the room and the pillows were flat. They said they would bring them to us and they never showed up. We found a maid and got the towels. As far as the pillows we were told they had no extras after our 3rd request. The mattresses were not as comfortable as boards would have been. No ac in the summer was not something I would expect at any hotel. The lack of AC meant leaving the window open at night and coming back after a day/evening out to an unsecured room because even though we would lock the windows the maids would open them and leave them open. I would never recommend this place even if it is the only thing available.”

• Convenient location, easy access and parking, large room, plenty of dog walk spaces.
• Charged $25 per night per dog for each of 4 crated show dogs.

“Stay someplace else if you have dogs. The non-refundable pet fee will kill your budget, no consideration given for zero damage because the dogs are crated, walked, and cleaned up after. Cost me $300 more than it should have and we left the place totally clean. Otherwise, the big room is great, the coffee is good, the people are nice. No A/C or fans, but windows worked to ventilate. A very quiet place to stay.”
