• Everything.

“Hotel staff is rude and doesn't care about anything you tell them. My husband and I stayed at this hotel on a weekend that the hotel has some tour groups coming in. They were apparently overbooked. The room was in their newly renovated section. It was noisy, the tours came in late and were making noise in the hallways. When I called down to complain, they said there was nothing they could do. The shower didn't work properly. The caulking in the bathroom was moldy and the fan didn't work. Horrible!”

• They had a computer room.
• Almost everything else!

“This hotel is so unprofessional! They were overbooked and we had to adjust in their building with suites, what a joke, the suites were old and musty, bed was so uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel if you paid me. We checked out the next day and got a room at the motel 6 next door, cleaner and bed was more comfortable!”

• Microwave and fridge were convenient.
• Lock on door was broken-unsafe. mattress was very uncomfortable.

“Room was nice, hallways were older and worn looking. Bed was uncomfortable. Kitchenette was very convenient. Continental breakfast is a nice amenity.”

• Location.
• Under remodel during stay, little or no hallway security.

“The Hotel is under construction for remodel with no full time crews working and the rooms were missing much of the cosmetic amenities standard in most economy level motels. I think they should close complete the remodel then reopen. The rooms are much over stated and over priced.”

• Clean room, very friendly staff, good room rates, easy parking, and continental breakfast.
• Lobby was under construction.

“Over all the Lompoc Quality Inn is a good hotel. I would consider staying there again if I return to Lompoc. CA.”

• This hotel room was really small. The TV was old. The AC barely worked.

“We had mice in our room. I woke up one morning and there was mouse poop right in front of the alarm clock on the night table (next to my face!). When we told the house keeper, she said, "welcome to ca! The staff put mouse traps in the room and offered to move us to a different room...”

• Fast, friendly, and attends to guests promptly.
• Air conditioner was not easy to adjust, and no pay TV to watch movies.

• Hotel room smelled musty.

“Overall was nice, clean and friendly, okay continental breakfast, easy check in and check out, not many cable channels, room refrigerator was broken had to unplug, room was musty and stuffy but clean.”

• The staff was very friendly, and helpful.
• The TV would blank out and would come back on with a black and white picture. It would only do that when someone would walk in front of the TV.
