• The room was clean, air conditioning cooled room well (temps at l00 degrees outside)
• Assigned room 111, with ice machine outside door. Poor location. Patrons using ice woke up family late night and very early morning.

“The hotel provided a clean, comfortable room. Our location across from the floors ice machine was a major negative though. People drawing ice late at night and filling ice chests as early as 4:30a.m. made for little sleep. Brought this to the attention of the desk, but received no helpful comments. For the price. This rooms location was NOT worth it. Also, bedding and towels were not enough for our family (3). Had to fetch them ourselves.”

• The maintenance man, Kathy and Josh and the maids are all very kind.

“The manager, John was unprofessional and unethical in his handling of hotel guests. I heard him tell friends of ours that their rooms had been searched for drugs, but nothing was found otherwise they would have been removed from the premises. I believe this to be illegal, and to tell someone that puts the assumption on them that they are guilty. My friends were later evicted from the hotel. He then refused to listen to their side of the story and to explain that the front desk had called their room in the middle of the night. After they had been sleeping for two hours and told them they had complaints of noise coming from their room and they needed to quite down. I also heard John call my friend a liar when she explained that the security guard had not just let her in the front door, She had been down stairs having cake and ice cream with friends for the past hour. I believe this is harassment and degrading of character. I think your hotel would be a much better place without this unprofessional behavior. I understand that you need to follow through on all the complaints, but I also believe everyone should have a chance to explain their circumstances before they are proclaimed guilty.”
