• The beach was very close and was so beautiful.
• The pool and Jacuzzi were closed. We were really looking forward to that.

“Was close to the highway, but was right on the water. The decor in the rooms was fun and well done, clean, and very family friendly. It was worth the money and the Pismo area was great.”

• The hotel staff was great and responded quickly to any of our needs. Parking was convenient. Great experience!

• Felt garage parking was safer than most hotels, clean, very worth the money.
• Hotel was great; if you are picky about street noise, ask for a room closer to beach-side as some rooms are adjacent to freeway.

“This hotel was well worth the price. I have stayed in several hotels in the area and in Central Coast where hotels are grossly overpriced this was a nice surprise. Clean, nice rooms, common areas were clean and welcoming, as a solo female traveler I felt safe as well.”

• The room was big.
• Treatment upon check in.

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I arrived at the hotel they said I had a courtyard view. They treated me like I was trying to pull a scam or I was lying. I felt awful. Luckily I had the reservation itinerary in my car and I went to get it to prove I was to get an ocean view. The staff acted irritated and gave me a partial ocean view. What a joke, it was a view of the parking lot. I was livid at the way I was treated and felt completely horrible. ”

• Family atmosphere and the continental breakfast were the best.
• Expected a two room suite with two king beds. Instead we got one king bed and a fold away couch. Web sight was miss leading. Put damper on trip.

“Hotel was friendly and clean. Would not stay there again because of cost location and the misleading web site. Tried to get front desk personnel to help with no success. I guess what it comes down to is i paid for one thing and got another.”

• The two-room suite is great with kids and the ocean view was spectacular.
• There is no restaurant on site, however there is a great extended continental breakfast.

“We were pleasantly surprised... This was our first stay at the Pismo Lighthouse Suites and we were very pleased. The room was great, the ocean view was awesome, parking was very convenient... We really enjoyed our stay.”

• Rooms were every nice and large. Breakfast was great!
• Rooms facing the highway were a little noisy.

“Great views. Great rooms and breakfast is wonderful. Many choices. Games area was fun. We could see the ocean from the second floor room. Good rates and great location.”
