• Convenient location and easy to find.
• Musty dirty smell of the room, the pool looked dirty, and I was charged an extra $20 for double beds.

“It's equivalent to a motel 6, I guess I expected better from the brand.”

“These are outside rooms. The room was filthy. The towels are terrible. There were stains on our linens. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The tub would not hold water. The service was absolutely atrocious. They ran out of extra towels and pillows every night and refused to allow us to reserve extra pillows and towels. Highly disappointing. Horrible experience heed my warning.”

• Close to freeway but not noisy nice restaurant next door.
• Handicap accommodations.

• Close to every thing we needed college, shops, and highway.
• The owner, operator was rude. Others were friendly; cleaning staff didn't leave any towels.

“Overall staff was friendly. Owner operator was not. Cleaning staff did not leave any towels after cleaning room. Beds are hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. This hotel is a little pricy for what they offer.”

• The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was near some fast food chains and a mini mart.
• The bathroom's mismatched paint, the scalding hot sink water, the thin, scratchy towels, and the stiff beds. The security chain on the door didn't work.

“If you are looking for a quality hotel at an affordable price, you might want to look somewhere else. Though this hotel was close to the freeway, three fast food chains and somewhat close to downtown SLO, the amenities and service were quite lacking. I rented two rooms, one for myself and one for my mom and we both had a similar experience. The bathroom showerhead was about a foot too low and jumped from hot to cold on more than one occasion. The towels were not only thin and cheap, but were also scratchy. The hot water coming out of the sink was "lawsuit" scalding hot. The a/c in the room really didn't get cold enough for my taste and the bed was really stiff and unforgiving. The overall appearance of the hotel was cheap looking despite their attempts at landscaping and they ran out of what they called "continental breakfast" about an hour early.”

• Made us pay $20 extra because we had kids. Lied about having heated pool.

“It was really clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable. The pool was heated. The price was nice compared to other motels. The view was really nice. I would suggest everybody to stay here. I will definitely come back and stay again at Ramada.”

• Dirty blankets, thin pillows, do different that a motel 6, terrible.

“The rooms looking dirty scant and just not homey. The microwave was broke; there was little hot water, just warm, cheap 2 towels, and loud air condition and rock hard beds. I will never stay in a Ramada again and will forward this to the HQ called recline, they did nothing hello orbits.”

• Uncooperative staff.

“I tried to cancel the second night of my stay while checking in. I was told they would look into it. When I checked out the following day, they told me that I couldn't cancel the second night (or give me credit). So I "ate" the second night even though I didn't stay there.”

• No soap, no shampoo, one towel, lousy service.

“I would never stay at this hotel again. The price for the room was too high for the condition of this place. The service was lousy, when we asked for towels, we were refused!”

• It was quiet.
• The room had an odd smell and it was not very clean.

“Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families. The first single room we looked at had mold in the shower, it smelled, and it was not very clean. The double room was not as bad as the first, but it also was not very clean and had an odd smell.”

• There was a creek outside the patio.
• No soap, the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall.

“This hotel was one of the most disappointing I have ever stayed in. The sliding glass door would not latch. We called and the desk person showed us how we could pin it shut. The toilet paper holder was off the wall sitting on the floor. there was no soap - we asked for some and the manager looked for it and then finally said he would bring it to our room. Everything needed to be updated - a disappointment.”
