• Great surroundings, peaceful, easy access.
• Didn't like the wicker chair in the room, not very comfortable.

“We were looking for a cool, peaceful place near Hearst Castle. Very convenient. Near plenty of good places to eating right on the water.”

• The view outside our window. It had a view of the bay.
• Shower and tub did not work properly.

“The hotel was clean, but a little shabby. Beds are starting to sag. Shower head did not flow well. Tub did not drain well. And the fridge did not cool. It's a cute hotel on the outside. But it needs a remodel.”

• I didn't like anything. They were not helpful at all. False advertisement.
• I disliked, the hotel, location, staff, they were not helpful and didn't accommodate us.

“I would never drive up 4 hours to stay at this hotel. They did not accommodate us or give us the room that I had made the reservations for 3 months ago. It was such a huge disappointment. What was supposed to be a romantic, relaxing, stress free mini vacation turned out to be a disaster? What a great way to spend your birthday.”

• Great hotel w/ hard working accommodating staff.
• Spas are only available in select rooms.

“Nice, clean and comfy hotel with a great view of the bay. It is quiet yet situated close to local attractions. Book a full or partial bay view with a spa and you will more than satisfied. Excellent staff.”

• Our dinner experience was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
• The hotel needs a bit of updating especially with insulating the rooms for noise.

“The Inn at Morro Bay has location, friendly service and an excellent restaurant. It is located next to a golf course and state park making it very quiet. Our room faced the bay and Morro Rock which was breathtaking. My only complaint would be the noise from footsteps and water pipes. That said, we would go back.”
