• Staff tried to be friendly.
• Noisy with lousy mattress. It didn't fulfill reservation.

“We didn't get the room we asked for in our online reservation, i.e. an end room farthest from the traffic and quiet even though the clerk read the request back to me as she assigned the room. We ended up two doors from the end with a neighbor on one side who could not lock and unlock his car without sounding the horn which happened 6 times after we had gone to bed and were asleep after 11PM and then college students on the other side playing a game where two guys kept banging on the door while a girl giggled inside, after 11PM. Add that to a lousy mattress that felt like a box spring and it was not a night's sleep worth paying for.”

• Nothing.
• Mattress horrible, no spa, had to wait for breakfast till 9-then only cold cereal & toast. Dog barking room next door.

“Substandard room with a mattress that felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. There was a dog barking in the room next door. We had to wait tail 9 am for breakfast and it was only cold cereal, toast & juice. (did not say continental breakfast). We had stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott the night before. It was nice, comfortable and had a spa. This hotel was such a let down.”

• The area is beautiful.
• Internet in the lobby that is closed after 10pm until 9am.

“Awful. I had to pay $20 more for the second bed in the room for my teenage daughter. I could have used expedite for that ratter and had the hotel I wanted. Awful hotel stay and I use you often. Not happy.”

• 2 hour get away. Location on the coast.
• Dirty, musty, bedding was very old, we only stayed 30 minutes and went back home.

“Old and very run down. We have stayed at Best Western in past, but nothing like this. We only stayed 30 min and then left to go home. Not worth a full sleepless night, would rather drive 3 hours back home.”

• Staff, good Maya mexican restaurant.
• Too far, a bit noisy.

“It was ok. Would like to stay closer to where shops and stuff was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but clean, did not have a bath tub, only a shower.”

• The price and staff.
• The beds were too firm and we had problems flushing the toilet.

“Great price. The location was not great for people who do not want to drive but perfect for those who don't mind driving a couple of minutes. The staff was very friendly.”

• The only staff was rude, hotel quality was very bad.

• Room was inadequate in size and facilities.

“A good hotel is that it was clean and had a good bathroom that took up about 1/3 of the total square footage of the room. The facility should be demolished. The location is the worst Best Western location I've ever visited. The price was outrageous for what was delivered.”
