• I feel somewhat safe and decent bed.
• Reusing the shampoo/lotion and faking the security seal?

“The hotel is ok to decent. I am seeing a Best Western trend all across the country (mostly in California - I am in one 2 weeks a month). It is also alive and well here as well. Rather than spend the 25 cents on lotion and shampoo, they refill the bottles and hope the seal still looks good. They fully know that people can put whatever they want in these bottles and simply screw the cap back on but choose to risk that - risking our safety and overall comfort. Add the 25 cents to the bill, I'd much rather have the peace of mind. The self-made waffles are good. The staff practically hands out one little liquid coffee-creamer at a time. The bed and sheets were pretty comfortable, blanket had a little hole.”
