• Room was always clean and staff was very pleasant.
• There internet capabilitys volume wise are very low, I picked up internet service off site was better.

“Was a very comfortable stay all the shopping you could need for regular vacation was less then 2 miles away (jump on freeway and get off next exit). Facility was clean and unkempt.”

• The room was very large and family friendly.
• The room was so cold when we arrived, we could not put our babies to bed in the room.

“The size of the room was great if you have little ones. However, they have a very small TV for the size of the room; the door key did not work. It was late at night when we checked, very cold outside. Once we got in, the room was so cold we had to put the kids to bed in there coats because the room was so cold. (Only had 1 wall heater and it took quite to heat the room. When we called the front desk and told them that the remote did not work, he said we had to come down and get a new one.”

• The room cleaner that came to our room to spray air freshener was kind.
• I had 2 children and our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator. We got a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of heavy smoke.

“I personally thought that a family with a young baby should have a room on the first floor if there is not an elevator available. Also, we booked and got a non-smoking room, but it smelled really bad of smoke. I called down to the office and they didn't have another room for us and all they could do was spray air freshener which helped for about 5 minutes. They didn't offer anything else. I thought that maybe a discount of some sort would be nice since we had two small children with us. I have relatives in that area where we stayed and I probably won't stay there again just because they really didn't seem to care to want our business. If they did care I think they would've compensated us somehow. I think that because I¿ve been in the retail business, restaurant business and the hotel business and I¿ve had a lot of experience with making sure customers return.”
