• Rooms were dirty, rundown.

“Lobby was well kept, continental breakfast was good, but the rooms were terribly kept. Shower faucet leaked, carpet was filthy, had the appearance of a sleazy hotel.”

• Close to venue's and restaurants.
• Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Springs sticking up thru mattress made it difficult to find a way to sleep comfortable.

“Hotel location was great. Just off CA highway 99. Our room was in a inner courtyard, so we had no highway noise. We would stay there again if need be, but it would not be a place of choice.”

• Didn't hear highway noise.
• People on 2nd floor stomped around their room from 4:30 am till 7:30 am when they rolled their carts noisily down the hall above us.

• The staff responded to complaints quickly.
• The air conditioner did not work and the room smelled musty.

“I did not feel safe in this hotel. Everything was very old and run down.”

• Everything! From the green pool, to the dirty sheets to the plywood sticking out of the wall that the micro sat on. Disgusting!

“I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! I should have known from the green pool outside, what to expect on the inside. Dirty floors to where I did not want to take my shoes off, different pieces of carpet pieced together, air conditioning was not working. Felt like a sauna, dirty sheets smoke filled rooms in nonsmoking ones, doors that did not shut all the way and could not be locked. The list goes on and on! And no compensation!”

“The pool was green upon check in. The rooms were dirty and the laundry facility looked like it was from 1975. We were with a baseball team and it was 102 degrees. These kids wanted to swim after a ball game and we had to drive to another facility.”

• Very poor mattress; Room did not feel or look clean.

“Check in staff efficient & friendly. Location was perfect. Room did not feel very clean. Bedspread had burn holes & spots on it. No linens in room when we arrived.”

• Good location.
• Old and shabby. Exterior entry way.

“This is a bare bones hotel. Bare bones rooms that are old and not very clean. Old bathrooms with musty air conditioning. Exterior entry and windows not very reassuring. It is an acceptable 2 star motel not a hotel.”

• The staff was very accommodate when I need to make a changes.
• I did not have any problems with this hotel.

“Over these past few weeks I have stayed at many hotels, one thing that I have noticed that they all have a smell. Then I realizes that they all try to mask up a smoking odor (s), it do not work.”

• Location next to freeway, easy to find.
• Not clean, insects in room, cigarette burns on sheets as this was none smoking room.

“This hotel was just terrible, there were spiders in my room, the sheets were not clean, this was a non smoking room however cigarette burns seemed to be on sheets, floor etc. When staff was notified of problem they really didnt seem to care at all. The only good thing about is that its located off of the freeway therefore it was easy to find.”

• I think the grounds could look nicer they need to fix the gate.

• The front was inviting.
• The room was filthy and tore up.

“I could not get toilet paper and I complained to the manager. She said that staff responded and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. When in fact my son was standing with the door open waiting for the toilet paper.”

• The location to stores and restaurants was great.
• The room smelled like smoke.

“Overall the room was good, and the continental breakfast that was offered was excellent. It actually had more amenities than I anticipated. It was fairly quiet at night without a lot of noisy people coming and going. The condition of some of the bedding (Burn hole in the bedspread) and the furniture was just good, rather than excellent. I was expecting a non-smoking room.”

“I only used my room, which was not aesthetically pleasing, had holes in the towels, and was the noisiest room i have ever stayed in, due to traffic noise.”

• The one bed that we had was comfortable. Room was clean.
• Not enough beds, TV made it too easy to accidentally rent porn, extra blankets were dirty.

“There were 3 of us to one room we needed 2 beds. A pull out was not good enough for the fact that we had to stay 3 nights. Pornography access was the first thing you see when turning on TV. That alone decided I will never stay there again. The extra blankets had dried white stuff on them. Housekeeping staff was nice.”
