• The location by the beach was wonderful and the patio garden was great.
• No cell phone service and the phone in my room didn't work-turned out it wasn't plugged in properly.

“The Sea Otter Inn is very convenient to the beach, and is run by a friendly staff. The continental breakfast in the office was very good. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a nice down comforter on the bed.”

• Hotel was old but very will maintained.
• Needed to be remodeld otherwise very nice and clean.

• Quiet, scenic,comfortable, close to attractions.

“Our 3 day stay was quite nice. The place is attractive, with good amenities and helpful friendly staff. It is close to the ocean where they have built a beautiful board walk to enjoy it without harming the ecosystem. We would come back.”

• Nice location on Moonstone Beach, well maintained, beautiful gardens, nice breakfast, fireplace in the room.
• Rooms could use some updating, bathroom was a little dated.

“All in all, great location, hotel well-maintained, staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was available in the lobby to take back to the room. Gardens on the property were lovely. Great location on Moonstone Beach, able to walk to some local restaurants. Good value.”

• Moonstone Beach right across the street. Very nice continental breakfast.

“Very quaint with lovely flowers and beach setting. Small pool and Jacuzzi area. Walking distance to the awesome Sea Chest restaurant. Great beach walks.”

• Gardens were beautiful, the location was excellent for the beach, Hearst Castle, and seals.
• The desk clerk was too abrupt, not very friendly.

“I wish we could have spent more time here. We loved the fireplace and decor. The gardens were lovely and location right across from the beach was fantastic. We had our breakfast and headed across the street in a light fog and viewed harbor seals in the water and on the rocks. It looked like they were posing for pictures.
