• Location and
  good restaurants around. View of mountains from room.
• Breakfast was not ready when we got up.

• Nothing.
• Smelled bad, flithy rooms, staff did not seem to care.

“The room we stayed in was gross. When we first entered the room it smelled like someone broke a bottle of perfume so we opened the window and left to have dinner and visit with our daughter who lives over in bend. We returned 5-6 hours later (well after dark) to go to bed and the room reek of cigarettes. The shower was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling. The carpets were stained along with the bed. There was dirt behind the toilet on the floor. There was only lukewarm water for the shower also. I have never been in a room so gross. The staff did not apologize or even seem liked they cared that we had an unpleasant experience.

• The hotel room was clean.
• Walls are so thin I had to sleep with the fan on to drown out talking and television.

“Overall, the room was clean and right off the freeway, but it was too expensive for the service provided. Three out of five times when I went to the desk, no one was present. Bagels and coffee were provided in the morning.”

• None.
• They gave me a smokers room. I am not a smoker!

“The price was good but the room does not have a small frig or a microwave. Not enough parking space for all of the customer. Had to park out in the street, double park-too, cable TV could use some improvement, only thing I could say that was good about this hotel was the location for my purpose!”

• Within walking distance to the expo center.
• No coffee pot in room.

“We encountered a rude desk clerk when we checked in; did not like that there was not a coffee pot in the room; free breakfast was a nice touch - although they were always out of cream cheese to go with the bagels provided and the small space provided to house the food was extremely crowded in the mornings. ”
