• Staff was extra nice!

“Great hotel, great location. Stayed there about 5 years ago and it is still kept up, staff was very friendly.”

• The bed, the sheets and the TV.
• Noise outside late at night.

“The hotel was great. I was totally sick from eating at Applebee’s down the street. I woke at 3 am with a fever. Fortunately the bed was very comfortable because that is where I stayed fro the rest of the day. It made it nice that check out was at 12. I couldn't anytime before then.
”

• The location and facilities were quite pleasing.
• The customer service at check-in left a lot to be desired.

“If you choose to stay at this hotel, do yourself a favor and plan to arrive during the daytime. The night staff at the check-in counter leaves a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint. You can expect minimal eye contact and an overall short tone. Other than that the hotel was great. The location, amenities, and facilities were great.”

• Open, spacious entry. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good counter space.
• No continental breakfast. Restaurants all closed early, by 9:00 pm.

“This hotel was near a shopping center. Close to a freeway entrance, but quiet. You could not hear the freeway noise. Staff was helpful. Restaurants in the area all closed fairly early. Rooms were well decorated and adequate for needs. We went to get away for a few days, and this was the perfect place. We will be back again to this hotel.”

• Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great location & very clean.

“I was very impressed with the staff here. One evening, I was running very late, needed to stop by my room, then make an important dinner engagement in Sacramento (to which I still needed to research directions). Maurine was kind enough to suggest that I go on to my room and SHE would get directions for me. By the time I came down, she had them printed & ready to go. As a result, I was not only on time, but early! Thanks for your excellent service!”

• The front desk person was really friendly and helpful. I also liked the cookies at the desk.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was characterized by its personnel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Jessica, the front desk clerk, was delightful. I felt very at home.”
