• Clean, efficient and convenient.

“The hotel is fine, but not if you have to get there via United Airlines which is horrible.”

• Clean, good location, plaza near for dinner.
• Not tooth paste/brush, too dark inside the room.

“Good location, not hard to find. The room is clean, but there are train whistle in the midnight. Breakfast is simple, beard/butter/corn flakes/coffee/juice/fruits/milk. And that's all. Recommend for travelers not care about quality and just need a place to sleep with.”

“When you need a hot shower, shave and a clean place to sleep, this motel will be wonderful since there is an exercise room, a pool and plenty of parking too. Easy freeway access and lots of business, shopping with a few miles.”

• The location next to a nice residential neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay.
• The facilities are showing some age and could use more stringent maintenance.

• There wasn't a problem with parking that happens often with motels.
• Our room was over stuffed with furniture.

“The motel was nice and clean. It was near the freeway entrance which was nice and a few blocks from Denny's. There wasn't a restaurant within walking distance which would have been nice. Air conditioning worked well.”

• It had wireless internet access.
• Cramped bathroom, no directory for TV channels, on bottom floor.

“It was o.k. had some higher expectations. It was probably due to the fact that I was on the bottom floor 4 feet away from cars. It was relatively clean and room. The wireless internet was great. They needed a guide/list for TV channels and more coffee. Did I mention more coffee? Glass mugs would have been nice instead of Styrofoam cups. Staff was very nice and helpful. Also, I could have used an ironic wasn't desperate so I didn't go to the front but one in the room would have been helpful.”

“I was staying for one night and it was very cozy and clean. I also got a good rest because it was quiet.”

“The security lock on the door was broken. There was no light in the bathroom and the manager ignored our request for a new bulb.”

• Very friendly staff, free wireless internet. Free breakfast was ok.
• Furniture and remodeling were dated and left more to be desired. Some stains and marks left bad impressions.

“We were doing business in nearby Roseville; hotel was not right off freeway, which meant a quiet night's rest. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area who is on a budget. Although we didn't use them, there was a refrigerator and microwave, and a couch to sit on while relaxing. We were satisfied with our stay.”

• The gentleman at the desk when he checked us in.
• The bed the/ one of my managers were in a room the half of the ram had no electric and look like a bar fate in the bathroom.

“I will not be staying there ever and will not tell people about the motel. The room worth about 35.00 not 65.00.”

• Rooms were dirty and smelled bad!

“We asked for another room after checking in. the first room that they gave us smelled really bad and the carpet was dirty. the second room was not any better. not a clean hotel!”

• Front desk staff didn't seem to know much about business.

“We had 2 rooms and had a terrible time getting key cards that worked. The motel is under construction so the lobby was a mess. It does look like they are trying to make some nice improvements, though.”

• It was easy to get to.
• It was hard to verify your reservation with the hotel.

“The hotel itself was great. The staff was nice. However, when I called ahead to verify my reservation it took the staff member a long time to understand what I wanted to do & then they gave looked up a totally different guest name to verify my reservation. After I finally was able to verify my reservation I asked for the staff members name & he stated that he had my name & everything was ok ( I could never get the name of the staff member (which I like to know who I am speaking with).”

• We've stayed at this hotel before. The furniture is out of date. The bedspreads are old. The towels are skimpy.

“This is a motel that has not upgraded its decor in the last 20 years. Towels are meant to be soft and fluffy; not hard and thin. There is a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and a coffee maker. However, the owners are not generous with the condiments for the coffee. For two people we had two (2) packets of sugar, one packet of sweetener, and one packet of creamer.”
