• The breakfast was convenient and excellent quality.
• Somewhat remote location.

“I was there to attend a wedding and most of the party stayed in this hotel, the public areas were clean, pleasant, and accommodating.”

• Front desk person upon check-in was very helpful.
• Room dingy and in need of major updating - carpet terrible!

“Very disappointed by this hotel. I will not every stay at a Comfort Inn again. I have repeatedly given them a chance to redeem themselves, but this one (like all the others I have stayed in) is old, worn out, and dingy. Definitely not worth the price.”

• Waffles in morning.
• Ants on the bed and in bathroom.

“It was in a bad part of Lodi. We wanted something inexpensive just to sleep. If we didn't have the ants I would have been happier.”

• I loved their Sunshine Breakfast they offered every morning.
• The parking is a little inconvenient at night. It fills up quickly, so we couldn't park near our hotel room.

“The hotel was clean and neat. There Sunshine Breakfast was excellent. Their sheets and towels were spotless and I detest stains. The restroom needed a little work, but it was kept clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and willing to help. Its location is very good. It is close to just about everything you need. One thing I did want to mention is that the front office staff should either use uniforms or dress more business like. The lady at the front desk that is there during the day was not dressed properly, but she was courteous though.”

• It was clean.
• No customer help.

“The handle to the front door fell off and after we told the front office my husband had to put it back on himself. The toilet was clogged. I asked for two more towels for the kids and it took several hours for the front to get them to us.”

• Clean quiet and near the hospital.
• Nothing.

“It is on the main street and has a pizza restaurant and a steak house next to it. It is close to the hospital and convalescent homes. The area is mostly day businesses so is quiet after 5:00. Have a nice breakfast and the people who run it are very cordial and helpful. I stay here at least once a month.”

• The non smoking room smelled of stale smoke.

• They were quick to have our heater repaired.
• Carpet, couch and bedspread needed shampooing.

“The staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast consisted of fresh baked goods. The bed was comfortable. The sink and bathroom were clean. The carpet, bedspread and couch needed cleaning.”

• Breakfast area was very small and could only accommodate 8-10 people. Hot tub was luke warm.

• Not in the best of neighborhoods.

“I would stay here again. The staff was very hospitable. Comfortable bed and pillows and the bathtub worked fine. Had coffee in the lobby all day.”

• They were very attentive to my needs when I brought a complaint to their attention.
• They had placed me in a smoking room that smelled so bad I had a headache for the night.

“Excellent service. I was in a smoking room which was terrible. I think the management team such place candles or spray every room after someone stays to help eliminate such a bad odder. My stay would have been 9's across the board had that not happened. The rooms were nice, comfortable and good for any and all needs of a traveler. After the first night, I really enjoyed my stay. Again, excellent staff, from the day crew at the counter and cleaning personnel.”

• Nice room, and spacious.
• Close to railroad tracks, heard trains! Not good for a light sleeper.

“Nice hotel, if it had not been for the trains during the night, I would stay here again.”

• The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.
• Not a fantastic view and the pool are not as big as the picture makes it look.

“The exotic bird store is still next door and had quite a variety. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It was close enough to downtown for us (not walking distance) and it certainly worked for us. I wouldn't recommend it if your plan is to hang out at the hotel all day, but for those who are wine tasting, it was a great deal.”

• Location is a little out of the way.

• Inexpensive lodging near major roads and several restaurants.
• Breakfast area (in lobby) is too small for number of people using it.

“This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean reasonably priced and convenient to highway 99, 12 and I5. There is an awesome exotic bird store next door which is better than some zoos I've seen!”
