• Comfortable to visit in lobby (sofas) w/other family members. Cookies & Milk.
• Short sheeted beds! It may make you /the bed look good but not guest friendly, hassle, had to remake after maid or blankets barely reach midsection.

“Location was great restaurants, coffee, stores. Our family could relax and visit in lobby. We could have used refrigerator in room.”

• Very clean good internet access.
• No movies.

“Nice hotel a ways from Downtown but near the Medical Center. A bit pricey for why you get. No in room movies as advertised.”

• There was a bar nearby.
• The staff was almost non existent, dirty.

“Lobby was cold and unfriendly, not very clean. And the rooms were small and over priced.”

• It was quiet and close to where I needed to be for business.
• I was bitten by bed bugs all over my upper torso. I'll never go back.

“In short the people there were pleasant. Two major complaints. 1, I was told there was a free breakfast but when I went down they were clearing it all up early. As I was trying to get something to eat the worker was taking things away and all I got was a cup of coffee. Second day there was nothing at all. Thank god there was a star bucks and McDonald¿s near by or would have starved both days. The other issue was that I was eaten alive by bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over me the first morning before a major business meeting. I'll never go back.”
