• The room was a decent size for all of us on trip and was clean.

“The hotel was convenient to find off the freeway, the room was big and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. The pool was clean and the hotel was nicely maintained.”

• There was coffee in the room, and it was quiet.
• There was no conditioner; staff was not in a good mood.

“Overall, it was a real nice hotel room. It was very quiet, course I got there at midnight; the clerk didn't even look at me and didn't want to engage in conversation with me. That's ok, he wasn't rude or anything but I would have liked a friendlier attitude.”

• Quiet and helpful staff.
• Not enough seating for breakfast.

“The breakfast area needed more seating, and the items for breakfast were not refilled on a regular basis. Plus some of the staff was eating the breakfast items and making the hotel guests wait until they had prepared their food.”

• Easy location and quick access to highway.
• The lights bulbs in the room were burned out; I was in darkness except for the bathroom light.

“It would not be my first choice to stay again but it was fairly cheap and neatly keeps.”

• It had wireless internet.
• Not in a good area. Customer service was poor.

“The front desk clerk was going to charge me again for the hotel. In the morning a different clerk was able to take care of the problem. I couldn't get the bathtub faucet on. Finally the clerk came to help. He had to play with the faucet and jimmy it to get it on. The pool was cold and dirty.”

• The rooms were spacious with several desk counters.
• The freeway is very close and therefore the traffic noise is disturbing at night.

“Overall the stay was pleasant. The freeway is close so it is easy to find. Traffic noise at night can be a little loud.”

• Nothing - less quality than an Extended Stay.
• Plugged up plumbing.

“Oversized furniture in a roof too small for it (all of it). An OK continental breakfast. Caring staff who tried too hard to accommodate.”

• Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable.
• The TV only operated two of the three days I was there.

“A good place to stay for a short visit. Desk staff friendly and cooperative. Continental breakfast is good. Maintenance staff did not correct the any operative TV and also neglects other obvious problems, like electric plugs that need to be replaced.”
