• The lobby is beautiful
• Almost everything else was not up to the par bend hotels normally are

“I was to stay at the Hampton inn in bend for three nights, I was very displeased. not only were my sheets dirty, my cups still had lip marks on them (not from me) The staff were not very happy to help me find a new hotel, and because I had sat on the bed I still had to pay for my first night. The hotel is located between two highways and is very noisy. overall I did not enjoy much of what the hotel had to offer or lack there of.”

• The pools were warm and the location was close to the downtown area
• the service was horrible and the rooms were not clean.

“I was very unhappy with my room, it was dirty, unfurnished with the necessities (soap, cups, shampoo). When I asked for my room to be cleaned I was told that I had to wait till the next morning to have my dirty sheets cleaned.”
