• Nothing.
• The bathtub was disgusting, the clean towels had brown spots and hair on them, the building was dirty and smell bad.

“I will never stay here again. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. They had stains all over and found some hair on them. Also, the neighborhood looked dangerous. I don't recommend this place to anyone!”

• Convenience to our meeting place.
• Promise not met, dirt, stink, breakfast not ready.

“In my group (6 families) checked-in but the room are not ready as mentioned in their policy (11:00AM check-in). People in the parking lot wandering, possible drug operations.”

• The room was big.
• Poor A/C no fridge or microwave at arrival had to wait till the next day towels for 2 not 4.

“You have to be kidding. Don't ever stay here.”

• Helpfulness in finding a location for business meeting in another part of town.
• Nothing. It was a pleasant, comfortable experience.

“The manager [owner?] spoke with an accent that was so thick that I had a hard time understanding him on the telephone and in person. However, he was cordial and directed me to resources that could help me. He even had his college-age son print out a Goggle map from the motel to the meeting place.”
