• It was clean and the beds were pretty comfy, good water pressure in the bathroom.
• No fridge or microwave, no table & chairs either, one cup coffee maker was a pain!

“This is a good hotel for someone on a budget, it met my needs. My major complaints are no fridge or microwave in the room. When I travel, I bring my own coffee, cream and sugar, and it's nice to have a fridge for the creamer and drinks I bring along with me. Also, the coffee maker was a one cup at a time maker, and that is a royal pain, since the coffee comes in its own little plastic container and filter. It wouldn't be so bad if it was good coffee, but its terrible! I had to empty out the filter packs and repack with my own coffee. If it were a regular 4 cup coffee maker, it would have been a lot nicer! Also, there was only one outlet besides the one in the bathroom, and it didn't work, so I had to unplug the alarm clock to accommodate the coffee maker, and brew my cup on the table between the two beds.”

• Location, not too far out of town.

“Smelly. She even gave us keys to other rooms, they were smelly too. We left the windows open all night. The breakfast was really bad too. No cereal in continental food? No syrup to go with waffles? Single waffle maker with a long line waiting.”

• Friendly staff, and the rooms were clean.
• The continental breakfast was poor, just juice and muffins, we expected more.

“Would be nice if a comfortable chair were included, a place to sit and relax would be nice after a long drive.”

• The signs of the highway.

“Excellent front desk clerk, close to family restaurant. Could not find decent direction signs. Came from the north saw the sigh 100 miles away but very confusing once we entered bend. (I very good with direction so I am not a meatball when I say very confusing signs) my wife left personal belongings and they were so happy to send it to our home in Canada. If I go back to bend I will stay there.”

• The shower was nice and hot.
• Poor room quality, small room.

“At first entry into our hotel room there were large stains on the floors, as well as the chairs. The room was very small, no fridge. The lighting was very poor.”

• The hotel was very clean and nice.
• I did not like how the hotel gave my room number out.

“The hotel gave my room number out to some one who had called and just had my name they then transferred the phone call to the room and just said oh her room number is blah that I found out is against the law to do. I should ask foe my money back.”

“Dirty, uncomfortable, too expensive for its quality, poor service. We would have canceled if we could have as soon as we walked in the door, but it was already charged to my credit card. I never complain about anything and have never sent a meal back, etching my life. I was very disappointed and it spoiled my night.”

• Ease of location with relation to services.
• Inadequate parking.

“The hotel was fine for our needs. Just traveling through, late arrival ok, services were good and staff was helpful and friendly. They take pets which makes my life easier because my wife likes to take her little dog with her.”
