• Parking.
• Needs remodeling, chairs were stained and torn. Appliances were
  broken.

• Nothing.
• Room smelled bad and staff was rude.

“We waited an hour in line to check in. The woman behind the counter was very rude. The room smelled a lot. And we found out that is one of the only holiday inns that does not have continental breakfast. I will never stay there again!”

• Friendly staff.
• Condition of the room.

“Beautiful entry. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was surprisingly good. That said, the room had major problems such as the sheer curtains were ripped and hanging in shreds, there was a dirty sock in the corner. Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. It was the kind of room that I certainly would not feel comfortable walking around in in my bare feet.”

• Huge room, quiet, extended stay with everything you need to live there.
• Getting to it was not easy. Not near anything. In Warehouse district.

“Very nice hotel. Would stay there again. Some distance from any restaurants, stores or any shopping. Very quite, very clean, we could live there. Staff was attentive without being annoying.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Small, cramped room.

“Older facility with small, cramped room and bathroom. Noisy ventilation. Location was quite a distance of busy freeway traffic from where we needed to be. Hotel was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, though.”

• The hotel was in a good location right off the freeway. The room was clean.
• The staff.

“My overall experience with this hotel was OK. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. I was disappointed with the staff. More is expected from a staff at a hotel with this type of rating. Each person that I dealt with that represented this hotel came across as they didn't care less about the customers but only about going through the motions of their job. I was disappointed.”

• Easy freeway access, comfortable and clean rooms.
• The upstairs hallways were hot.

“Easy to find, took us 20 minutes to get to the Sacramento airport. Clean and comfortable. Probably a slightly better than average hotel. Our first room the TV did not work so they quickly switched us to another room.”

• It was very practical as we attended a concert at Arco Arena that evening.
• It was a little older than I had expected. The building itself was not very attractive.

“My husband and I felt that the hotel met our expectations perfectly as we wanted some place clean, quiet and close to Arco Arena. We slept very well. The pillows were super soft!”

• Pool and hot tub.
• No privacy while on computer, it was at the front desk.

“No 'do not disturb' sign in the room. We told room service at 930, that around 11 would be great, and they came back approx. 4 times before then to see if we were ready. That was on the first day and the second day was almost the same. So we did not get a good sleep.”

• It was easy to get to off the highway.
• 2nd floor is Smokey.

“The west half of the building is noisy because it is by the freeway. The 2nd floor used to be a smoking floor and, while it no longer is a smoking floor, the smoke is still very much there.”

“Was too far from the west side of Sacramento where I needed to be. Had to pay 13 cents extra for some tax before checkout. Had no shower cap or lotion in the room. Was clean and the staff was friendly/helpful.”
