• Bathroom - sink and shower are separate, not convenient, the sink doesn't drain very well.

• Great location. Hotel clerk was able to answer all my questions.

• The room was clean.

• Nicer now with new owners.
• Cream for coffee was POWDERED! Need to upgrade to real cream.

“The last time I stayed it was the worst experience of my life, and I wrote you to that affect. With no response from anyone, I might add...so I was EXTREMELY leery of staying there again. I spoke to the desk clerk about the situation and he assured me that if anything were to happen, the hotel WOULD take action and attempt to fix the problem immediately instead of ignoring it as in the past. They are new owners, and it was much nicer this time around.”

“Beds are old and sunken in (not very comfortable) I woke up with plenty bug bites! It's more like a 1 or 1.5 star. Spend a little more money to stay at Fairfield Inn or The other Best Western.”

• parking at night, had to park in the back it was a little scarred

• staff was very nice and helpful about directions, etc.
• breakfast was very poor, cereal and muffins. Room floors were not as clean as they should be.
