  • Location.
  • Unaware of $15 extra cost for 2 beds.

“Staff seemed inconvenienced when helping me, room was dirty and I was told that 2 beds are not available.”

  • The workers.
  • Plugged toilet.

“They work very hard to make everything good.”

  • The workers & staff.

“Convenient to shopping, grocery stores, freeway etc.”

  • The Staff is great, multitasking several peoples needs at one time!
  • Dirty carpets in the room, around & under everything.

“Okay.”

  • The staff!
  • Unsafe neighborhood.

“Staff
was very efficient and courteous to everyone!”

  • Easy to find.
  • The sheets smelled and the room and there was a lot of dust on the bed frames.

“Spare home-stay environment. Rooms were equipped with some kitchen items which was helpful, but the bathroom and bed did not inspire confidence that they had been cleaned very well. The sheets had a gross mildew smell. The hotel seemed reasonably safe, however, there is definitely some questionable people in the immediate vicinity. The staff was largely unresponsive. Inconvenient stairs, forced to use elevator. Definitely the poorest quality home-stay hotel.”

  • It was very clean and comfortable.

“The entire bed smelled clean from the sheets to the pillows. The shower had awesome water pressure. The kitchenette had everything you would need to cook, and eat in your room. It could save a lot of money for a big family like ours, rather than eating out every meal.”

  • It was easy access from the freeway.
  • Very depressing.

“I thought it would be better than it was. Very noisy, the cops came knocking on the door next door at 2:00 am.”

  • I like everything. The rooms even have a kitchen. It's like renting a "new" furnished studio apt.
  • Still thinking. I can't think of anything off hand.

“I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find such a new and modern motel. The rooms are large and roomy, with full kitchen and eating area. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they make you like this is your home away from home. Plenty of TV stations, ESPN, 3 show time channels, free local phone calls; close to the i-80 freeway; shopping and the Arco arena. If you're looking for Hilton style atmosphere, this is not the place for you, but if you're looking for comfort and a pleasant stay I would recommend it.”

  • The price & location were perfect! A little too many semis idling in parking lot.
  • Second night had smoking odor/evidence under pillow case & sheets & burn on kitchen sink. Staff agreeable & helpful to rm. Change.

“It was very easy to find, perfectly priced, very near the airport for early return departure. overall, Quite clean/new, firm bed that I like, stove & fridge & utensils a plus & except for smoking evidence in non-smoking room (which I will definitely check/sniff, in future before laying down to sleep) & semi-trucks idling outside--I would definitely return to lodge or recommend this one, or your chain elsewhere.”

  • Had a kitchenette.
  • The room was just as good as a motel 6.

“This particular sea was probably the worst one I have stayed at so didn't expect the room to be like it was. All water drains were backed up, the sheets seem to be very old and the comforter had many burn hole marks.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • It was economical and close to the freeway.
  • The shower faucet was broken and should be replaced.

“The hotel was very economical and a good place to sleep. It is a very basic room. It does have a kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, and kitchen supplies. The blankets are thin. It's a good place to stay for a night or two while visiting and for short term if you're relocating by yourself.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[8] • Location:[4]

  • Nothing.
  • The room wasn't very clean and the bathtub wouldn't drain, shower didn't spray right.

“I hope I never have to stay there again!”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[7] • Location:[3]

  • It had a refrigerator.
  • Everything, the bed was like a box, shower was terrible, and spider crawled on my face at night.

“This was probably one of the most uncomfortable hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed was rock hard, pillows were awful, shower was so hard it hurt, only provided one bar of soap - after everyone was done in the shower I only had a tiny piece left for me. A spider crawled on my face during the night! Not only will I not stay at this hotel again, but I will not stay at another extended stay hotel unless it is a deluxe.”

  • Close to Wal Mart and great eating places.
  • Wish it had a swimming pool.

“I hope I get this hotel room again the next time I go to Sacramento.”

  • The remote control did not work.

“Close to food and the freeway, and offering a small kitchenette, the motel should appeal to the business traveler or family seeking a short reprieve from a long road trip.”

  • I liked the studio living environment.
  • The staff seemed to be a little out of it.

“It was good for the price so I have very little complaints.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Convenient location off 80.
  • Bad part of town? Lots of security, including locking office.

“Good inexpensive place to stay, conveniently located right off 80. I guess the office locks at night, had to get "buzzed" in - this gave me an uneasy feeling like I was in a really bad and dangerous part of town or something. Security guard walks the parking lot at night; guess this is a good thing if this is a violent neighborhood.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • It was close to my destination.
  • It had only one bed and I needed two, since I was staying with my brother.

“Overall sea was clean and the service was friendly. It didn't meet my needs for sleeping though because they only had two rooms in the entire hotel which offered 2 beds in a room and they had been booked for weeks. I was staying with my brother and did not care to share a bed with him so I ended up sleeping on the floor. ”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • The location was convenient.
  • Filthy bad housekeeping roaches all over.

“This hotel could be a nice low cost place to stay. The location is convenient for business travelers and the kitchenette is nice to have but it was just filthy. I've seen gas station bathrooms with better cleanliness. The shower was covered in soap scum the carpet was horribly stained, the kitchen area was dirty and there were roaches crawling around on the counters when we returned firm dinner.”
