“Bathtub was dirty; no coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, sheets & pillow cases smelled of smoke. Am in search of another brand extended stay type hotel.”

• I was able to add an extra bed in my room for the kids.
• The air had an offensive stale cigarette smell.

• It was close to the college where we had to go.
• The bathroom had not been cleaned good there was long black hair all over the bathroom gross.

“The room wasn't very clean and it was too hot. We even opened the window and that didn't help. It also smelled like smoke, even though we were in a nonsmoking room.”

• It was at a convenient location, close to a friend I wanted to visit.
• There was no attendant "overnight, till 7 am.

“It is a good place for a traveler for a short or long stay at a reasonable rate, for business or pleasure, if you have business at elk grove or Sacramento.”

• Pillows flat, bed firm otherwise comfortable.

• Good neighborhood, and clean facility.
• Very noisy guests next to our room. Hard beds.

“Noisy guests past 11 pm next door. Noisy a/c and Furnace. One of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. Nice quiet neighborhood for the motel.”

• The rooms and staff are excellent! Should have a higher star rating!
• The fact that internet access is not free.

“Greet place to stay for an overnight or long term. Everything you need is here, and the staff is beyond what you would expect. Service is more like 4 or 5 star hotel w/o the room service, but then again, you don't need it, as each room is like a small studio apartment!”

• Friendly staff, great rooms w/ kitchens.
• Availability of king bed for our second night & quality of mattresses.

“This place is great if you want a nice place to stay that feels like a studio apartment. Each room has a kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and all the utensils you need. Cable TV and a good location close to freeways and dining. Smoking rooms available, too. Great staff! On the other hand, king beds are hard to come by here and the mattresses are hard-no mattress pads at all. No in house restaurant, but everything else is so close, it doesn't matter. An excellent value and I will be staying here again!”

• The hallway smelled of smoke and there wasn't a hair dryer.

“It is difficult to get to from "in town" as opposed to from the freeway. The room was clean and quiet.”

• For the price we paid, we were very satisfied with this hotel.
• It was about a 15-20 minute drive to get to this hotel from where we were.

“The hotel was very clean and nice. The rooms were excellent for the price we paid. (To get the same kind of room at another hotel would have cost us much more) There was a break-in in one of the cars while we were there. Overall, we had a great experience.”

• Plain looking. But somewhere to sleep.

“Friendly front desk staff. Starbucks nearby shower pressure not good. Had to stay in a handicap room. Imp not handicap would be nice to have room saved so I don't have to take whets left over.”
