• nothing the place was a pit with questionalble safty
• the homeless people roaming the parking lots and the dirty rooms with broken stuff

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were stitched to different rooms because of the smell and broken windows. After moving rooms twice and watching the homeless roaming through the parking lot, we checked out before even bringing all of our bags inside. We tried to contact priceline about the hotel before leaving, since it was paid for and no one answered the phone. I called 4 different time and all phone options kept rolling me back into the automated phone options. We felt it was better to check out then stay their for our safety.”

• Price, very polite staff, very good breakfast and not too far from airport.
• None.

“Everybody was very polite. Location is also good, just a few minutes from the airport. Another thing I liked was the driver waited for me before we left. The breakfast was really nice, too. Also, the room I had was very spacious and much better than other expensive hotels.”

• Rooms were nice, great happy hour, great location for entertainment shops etc.
• Pool had to be closed for poor water quality.

“This hotel was close access to the freeway and 5 minutes from downtown. They had friendly service and I would make a return visit.”

• The friendly staff and happy hour in addition to breakfast was a real treat! The location was outstanding!

“Definitely plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to the Sacramento area. It was just a few minutes to downtown Sacramento and very moderately priced. The staff and service were outstanding!”

• The ceilings on the top floor were really high.
• The bed was slightly lumpy.

“Surprisingly good. One exit away on I5 from downtown Sacramento. Clean, comfortable, and with high ceilings on the top floor. The people working there were really nice. There is a restaurant/bar with people hanging out. It seems to be a very popular hotel. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator!”

• Clean, great breakfast buffet, staff was very helpful
• Not much selection for restaurants nearby

“My stay was great. Exactly what I needed to take care of business. Gigantic clean room and the breakfast buffet was superb- excellant coffee. The only drawback was a number of prommissing resaurants nearby were closed or out of business. The two reamaining were excellant, but you will run out of choices if staying more than two nights without a car.”

• Staff extended themselves in providing comfort and amenities.
• Found some hair on bathroom floor. Otherwise, everything else was clean.

“Staff was more than welcoming. They truly understood our needs. They were able to upgrade us to a suite, considering we had 2 young children. The woman we checked in with even went so far as to personally bring us keys to the suite as we were vacating the initial room. My husband travels extensively on business, and he commented that he had never encountered friendlier staff.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The a/c in the room did not function well.

“The complimentary breakfast buffet and the evening reception made this hotel a great for traveling families. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and roomy. My only complaint is the a/c in our room did not cool the room but made it humid and uncomfortable. The pool and spa facilities helped cool us off, though! We had a great stay!”

• Did not receive 6:15AM wakeup call. Room not cleaned upon check-in.

• It was too crowded in the common areas. The hot tub wasn't hot.

• The night shift people were very friendly. The rooms were big and clean. We would stay here again.
• The morning shift people were not as friendly. No one say good morning or thank you, when we were leaving.

“The hotel had a nice pond out in front. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. We would stay here again!”

• The Free Breakfast.
• Put me in a handicap room.

“Hotel was good overall. Only problem was there was no bar of soap available at the moment I needed it. Was told by front desk to go purchase soap at a nearby store or wait till the following morning.”

“Over all, I was not impressed with this hotel. It's in a great location, just off of I5, but it is in serious need of remodeling. I've stayed in a cleaner and better decorated motel 6.”

“The people checked in at the same time or later then me. They got available room. But I didn't. I need to came back at one hour later 3pm. Don't like it.”

• Good value for the money.
• Bed was worn and needed to be replaced.

“Clean hotel and good value for the money. Unfortunately the bed in my room was so worn that one side had a significant sag in the mattress. The other potential problem is that the location is in an industrial area and travel to and from the hotel to appointments/sights/restaurants can be difficult in commuter traffic.”

• The staff were great, We were lost and the staff directed us with so much patience and concern, We really appreciated their kindness.
• The hotel should have better lighting were it has it signs, because we could not see the Knight Inn sign and we were lost and driving in a busy city.

“I would like to thank the staff who directed us in getting to the hotel, even though I was stressing out and tired and completely lost, the staff at this hotel directed us. But it was us who would take the wrong road, but they continued to have a calm voice and redirected us all the way, that as we were pulling into the exit of the freeway, they were at the window of the hotel waving us down to let us know that it was there, and this is about a 1/2 block away and it sure felt good to see that, We really feel that it starts at the beginning of the stay and we are very happy.. and the hotel was clean and we had a refrigerator.. We need a refrigerator for the kids milk.. and we are very satisfy at there dedication and goodness to help.”

• That they were suites.
• Our 1st room wasn't clean then 2nd room much smaller.

“The hotel is nice. However when we checked in the room was very big; but wasn't cleaned at all from whoever stayed before. So then we were given a much smaller room. To me that was very unprofessional to be sent to a dirty room.”
