• I only stayed one night.
• The customer service was bad.

“This hotel was terrible, when I got there, the entrance was completely inaccessible. I had to drive around for 10 minutes at least just to find a way to get into the parking lot. When I got assigned a room, it took me a while to find it. It was because it was located in the Best Western, not the Ramada. When I finally found it, my room key didn't work. I went back to the lobby and asked for another room, guess what? They had an empty room in the main structure. Several times I called down to the lobby for a TV guide but never got one. The only upside is that it was fairly clean. I am never going there again.”

• The manager was very helpful.
• Tight parking.

“It appears the rooms are in the process of a re-model. The room I had was very clean and comfortable.”

• The room mattress was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.
• I did not like the limited items for breakfast; fruit would have been a good addition.

“The hotel was very comfortable and the staffs were very helpful. I will use this hotel if I am staying in Sacramento. Good value for the money.”
