• Convenient location, close to airport, friendly staff, coffee in room.
• Very basic bare boned continental breakfast.

“This is a very basic but clean/comfortable room in a decent and easily assessible location. There was internet access though unsecured.”

• Economical.
• Small room, lied about free airport shuttle (cost $10), IC breakfast gone by 8:30, cheap.

“Small as room crumby cable, cheap but inexpensive.”

• Rooms were clean, staff was friendly & courteous.
• I didn't see a computer available.

“No frills, but a clean room in what appeared to be a safe location just off the freeway. About 10 minutes to airport. Washer/dryer available. Rooms had microwave, fridge, hair dryer etc.”

• Room was attractive and neat, and near airport.
• Breakfast had poor selection.

“This hotel appeared attractive and clean with good parking. It is located a short distance from the Sacramento airport. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The window opened to let in fresh air! A limited continental breakfast is served.”

• Noise from next room prevented restful sleep to wake for an early am flight departure.

“Hotel management did not resolve the reported noise disturbance caused by children in next room that persisted after 2 complaints.”

• Close to the freeway.
• TV was badly positioned as were the choice of channels.

“Much like a motel 6, but in a nicer area. Coffee was available in the room and also a TV which was unfortunately badly positioned. Lacked a decent channel selection also. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would consider stay in the hotel again.”

“When I tried to take a shower in the morning before my am flight there was no hot water. I was very upset.”

• Nothing.
• First room was not cleaned yet. Second room had plugged up sink. Third room called suite" was just bigger.

“As explained, the hotel was a poor example of what a modern hotel should be. Was old and outdated and had terrible cleaning and maintenance problems.”

• It was a filthy party motel. We didn't even stay. Saw the gross room, checked out, and stayed at gorgeous hotel next door.
• Dirty, filthy, rude employee at front desk, smelly, gangs of party youth milling about. Need I say more?

“This place was a pig sty. I would never recommend it to anyone. I even sent people away to stay at the hotel next door where we ended up going. And the nice place was cheaper.”

• It's a nice "out of the way" environment & friendly staff.
• When you flush the toilet, it was loud.

“The hotel was close to the freeway and our room was very quiet, you don't hear the traffic. The directions given, should not have said "go to the end of that street (can't remember the street name). There's a short street named "tomato patch", you make a left and you're at the front door of the hotel. You will see Fairfield inn & suites next door, too. Otherwise, it was a great stay.”

• Though non-smoking, room smelled like smoking.

“Nothing flashy. Good location, close to airport and I-5 / I-80 freeways. Clean and comfortable.”

• Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
• Entrance not well marked area rather dark and safety of vehicle was a concern.

“Had a little difficulty finding the hotel and entrance. Once inside, rooms were clean, it was relatively close to airport and staff was pleasant and accommodating.”
