• Nothing! It was awful!
• Filthy, dirty, bad area, super rude, filthy, dirty, and nasty.

“Horrible! I would gladly pay the extra money for a better room. It was awful. The employees were rude, the room was filthy dirty, smelled, sheets were not clean, bathroom dirty, all around unsafe, condition, would not recommend at all!”

• Location.
• I was told the room was ready, when I entered the room staff was on the bed eating, I was told to come back later.

“It was convenient for my purpose at the time. The sink was clogged and the refrigerator does not work, I called the office but no one answered after several times I gave up. I would not stay there again.”

• It was close to good restaurants and the freeway.
• It had ants and the paint was coming off in the shower.

“I liked the hotel location. The only problem was there were ants sharing the room with us and the showers paint was coming off. Unsightly. They might have been remodeling and if so, that was the problem. Hopefully it will get fixed.”

• Staff -inadvertently booked smoking rooms & switched us to non-smoking.
• Very busy streets/heavily traveled while we were there.

“The hotel was quite clean for the level of hotel it was. Dining and shopping were very close.”

• Right off Highway 101, close by downtown, restaurants.
• No problems.

“Friendly staff was able to accommodate from smoking to non-smoking room.”

• The staff/management and convenience to freeway access/restaurants.
• Some outside noise.

“The staff/management were very helpful/friendly/easy to communicate with. The location for quick inexpensive in/out access and inexpensive dining was excellent. It served my purpose for the stay perfectly.”
