• Asked for ground floor & actually got it.
• Would have liked a luggage rack in the room.

• Nothing.
• It felt unsafe, poor air condition, office attendant spoke no English. Couldn't get CC to work, had to pay cash.

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was lopsided, in door need of a paint job, it appeared to be a haven for the homeless. Their outdoor carpet on stairs/pathway was filthy! The wall unit air conditioners took 3 hours to cool the room down. We had to pay cash as the credit card machine at the front desk was so old fashion it took for ever to dial up. Literally took 1/2 hour to check in, we ended up paying cash just to get out of the lobby as the smell was horrible. The rooms were dreary and smelled. Basically, afraid to sleep in the bed.”

• I liked the location, and there was a restaurant close by.
• The room phones did not work.

“The hotel was clean, liked the heat fan in the bathroom. I think the nonsmoking rooms should be on the bottom floor.”

• Conveniently located off of the freeway.
• Horrible customer service.

“The rooms were not clean or in good condition, the service was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
