• Quiet, clean, and good price.
• Air conditioning to loud to run at night so extremely hot.

• The location near the highway off/on ramp.
• The address needed to be visible from the road, it was not.

• Nice landscaping.
• Bathroom door wouldn't close, lock broken, faucet had hot and cold reversed, and cold water sprayed out all over, instead of flowing out.

• I liked the mini fridge and the microwave in the room.
• The continental breakfast was really terrible, no variety, only coffee and limited Danish, bad for kids.

“I liked this hotel just fine for the price. It was mainly clean and the pool was great. It is much nicer than some other budget motels I have been to. The shower curtain had no liner and was a disaster, it would not stay down and the floor was soaked. The continental breakfast was terrible. There was only coffee and limited Danish in mostly unappealing flavors. The breakfast was completely useless for children. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker which all worked great. I would stay again.”

• The clerk waited up for us for late check-in, midnight
• Bathroom was old, dingy, not at all remodeled as advertised

“Looked nice from the outside, inside the room was dingy, old, spider webs in the corners.. yuck, we would not stay there again. Bathroom was very old, small, only 2 towels for 4 of us.”

• It's downtown and just off the major highway.
• Too noisy from people actually living there.

“This hotel borders permanent people. I was awakened at all hours of the night, and morning by people coming and going. I had an interview I needed to rest, I could not. The hotel fills rooms expanding out from the residents that live there. I would have had a more restful night away from these "live ins." Be sure to request space between yourself and the residents. Other than the noise, the room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the pillows were ever so soft.”

• The room was ready early, and was actually better than expected for the rating.
• The safe had been locked by a previous visitor and had not been resettled by the motel.

“This is an inexpensive, family-friendly motel. The pool is inviting, and is heated. Internet access is excellent.”

• It is quiet and convenient as an overnight stop to our final Quincy destination.
• In room coffee would be nice!

• I was surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was considering the price!
• They charged me for long distance rates for local calls.

“The hotel physically met my standards especially for the rating. I was however insulted that the staff badgered me about having a guest visit me in the afternoon. I do not think they have a right to do so. That person was not a guest and as far as I know I can have friends and family visit while staying at a hotel. Being charged long distance rates for local calls was also a surprise.”

“This hotel was awful. It was not clean, and the Owner/Managers and people at the front desk could barely speak English. The front desk people tried to argue with me. The housekeeping did not come to clean the room. I had to ask for housekeeping service. The overall stay was very very unsatisfactory. ”

• Room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom quite clean.
• Arrived about 9pm, had to do everything through a barred outside window, was a little uninviting.

“This was the worst lodging experience we have encountered in many years of traveling. The rooms (we reserved two) were very dirty, basic supplies were missing (though there was a used bar of soap in one room), empty snack food wrappers were in the drawers of the nightstand, an empty 12-pack box with bottle tops and papers were in the refrigerator, the carpet in front of the door to the bathroom was soaking wet (from what source?), cigarettes were in the toilet, and the blanket on one bed was filthy. We refused to accept one of the rooms and the one given to replace it was marginally better.”
