• Price was to high. The hotel next door was 1/2 the price.

“Bad service, caught the staff in a lie to a customer at desk before me. Next to freeway and junkyard.”

“We were disappointed about the location next to the highway. The first room was overheated, another room was obviously not cleaned up. Only the last room was ok.”

“The room initially had only one bed. When I asked to have two beds, I was charged an additional $30.00. The motel was not very clean and was not computer compatible. I would not stay there again.”

• Free wireless and very good signal.
• Not a very friendly location. I would not recommend this for other women staying solo.

“Friendly and helpful staff but the hotel really has not much to offer aside from a bed to sleep in. The location was really my biggest problem, there were no restaurants close by and the area seemed to be the unfriendly part of town.”

• Noise, dirt, cramped.

“This is in no way a 2 star hotel. I had to go buy earplugs to be able to sleep as it was right next to an on ramp and freeway. Truckers didn't even stay there.”

• That we found a room.
• Way too much money for room quality and location.

“Should be rated a 1 or 1.5 star hotel. Very noisy, sub par housekeeping, toilet not bolted to floor properly (it rocked) and room should have been taken "out of order" until fixed.”

• Newly renovated rooms with comfortable bedding and convenient location.
• Next to freeway, had no pool and no ice machine and continental breakfast din't open in time

“It had newly renovated rooms with marble/granite sink counter tops and a nice tv but it had no pool. The hotel was in a decent area but right next to the buzzy freeway. But for two or three nights it does the job. Friendly and accommodating staff.”

• The room was clean; being remodeled by not yet finished.
• Unable to turn the heater off, it was a warm day. Air conditioner worked okay, not great.

“I was disappointed that this was rated a 2 star hotel. While the room was clean and had undergone some remodeling, there were some spots that had not been repainted or patched. The hotel was close to the freeway, but our room was located near the front and not facing the freeway, so the noise was minimal. It was okay, I just expected more based on the other hotels on the site that were rated at 2 stars.”

• Hotel was run down, dirty, smelly, sleazy.

“This was supposed to be a 2 star hotel. It was nothing short of a crummy motel 6. The internet never worked. The room was old and needed to be completed remodeled.”

• Ice machine worked well, room has refrigerator and microwave, very large TV.
• Noisy, uncomfortable, lack of linen service, no breakfast.

“The back rooms, which is over half of the hotel are next to the half circle elevated on ramp to a freeway. Truck traffic all night and poor soundproofing makes it nearly impossible to sleep. Breakfast is not consistent in time. Internet service works in the lobby which has one table and two chairs and limited hours. Not enough outlets in room for working traveler, reading lights poor.”

• There was nothing to like about this motel. Staff was also very unfriendly.

“The rooms were dirty looking, they had a bad smell, they were very small rooms, the beds were small and had a nasty stench, and the front office staff was unpleasant.”

• Uncommunicative staff, broken toilet.

“The room was small and uncomfortable; the toilet could only be flushed by lifting the lid off the tank to access the mechanism. The staff was very non-responsive.”

• Close to the interstate. Good location with nearby restaurants.
• The staff was not interested in us. Out for money. Too much noise (traffic) Mickey mouse operation.

“Buyers beware! Staying at this hotel was unpleasant experience. The staff was most certainly unfriendly. Lots of noise right near the interstate (all night). No place to sit for the continental breakfast (no table or chairs). Mickey mouse operation. Do not recommend. Stay someplace else!”
