• Nothing.
• The pool, location, room.

“The pool was green. The Jacuzzi. You would have to scrape the scum off the top to find out what color it was. With the pool filter hose in the pool it looked like a scene from anaconda. It was miles out of town.”

• Location.
• Room service kept coming into the hotel and waking us up.

“The room that we got was next to a person who was very belligerent and drunk kept yelling. Room service came to the door at 8:00 in the morning and we arrived at 2:00. They kept knocking on the door. The first room that we got smelled like a dog had been in it. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Never got a room key the whole eight nights I was there!

• Nothing good to say. I had to leave a tip in order to get a bed change. They don't clean the rooms while you are there or any other time it seems.
• Extremely dirty rooms. Bed covers looked as though they had not been washed in months. Sheets had stains.

“Do not book this hotel unless you are ready for the worst stay of your life. Rooms are dirty and they do not have microwaves and refrigerators in every room as implied in the description. Make sure you call and verify a non-smoking room or anything else you have requested. They do not communicate directly with hotel when you make the booking. I feel as though I could have done better and paid less by contacting hotel directly.”

• Very close to highway.
• Terrible physical upkeep of room (paint, door lock, lighting, etc.).

“Ample parking, open and spacious, friendly staff, but run-down and not modern. Facilities were below-average. Room lighting was poor, door lock was faulty, and TV was in disrepair. Good only if you need a roof over your head for the night.”

• The restaurant and hotel staff.
• Door locks did not work on both days.

“It was off season, and not crowded. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant was great with nice staff. Had trouble with door locks. The door would not lock and was moved to another room. Came back later that day and could not get in the room and had to go back to the front desk, 2nd time.”
