• The people there were very nice and the hotel in general was very clean.
• Only that the walls are somewhat thin.

• It has a nice pool and Jacuzzi.
• Mold in the bath tub area, wet carpet, no drinking cups.

“This hotel was really nothing to brag about. The hotel looked good on the outside but the rooms need a serious remodeling, particularly the bathrooms. I guess they had just shampooed the carpet before we stayed there because the carpet was still damp and smelled of mold or stagnant water. The discomfort was partly our fault because we did not really shop around.”

• They only had a smoking room and we don't smoke it smelled at first.

• They had connections to local restaurants for room service. It was nice not to have to go out, but eat in.
• I did not get a chance to use the Jacuzzi because children were always in it. They were well behaved but no room to share it.

“This hotel was clean and fair priced. They provided connections for room service from local eateries. the staff was very friendly, organized and prepared for all their guests. It was a nice experience.”

• Easy on/off to freeway.
• Too much traffic (not from freeway), loud, less than expected.

“Overall looks of the hotel was good, did not get much sleep due to truck traffic. Breakfast in the hotel was less than good, would never go back to hotel, and could have gotten more sleep at Motel 6.”

• The location was easy to find and convenient.
• Advertised wireless internet but in fact it was only in the lobby.

“At best, average. No real amenities. No lotion, shower cap, hair dryer, etc. It has the very basics, soap and shampoo and these were not even replenished for the second night's stay. It was a cheap place, but the price was moderate. I would not stay there again.”

“It was exactly as I expected for the price - cheap. We were simply looking for a place to sleep and didn't want to spend a lot of money for a bed. Overall, I was satisfied.”

• The location being close to Monterey that is what I went for.
• Dirty, lights didn't work, horrible continental breakfast, only crusty muffins and dried out Danish one juice working in machine with 4.

“It was okay, nothing special, good location for cheap stay to go to Monterey and Santa Cruz if you don¿t mind a short drive.”

• It had a bed.
• The facility was in extreme disrepair and hotel staff unknowledgeable.

“The staff could not tell me about the local restaurants in the area besides the ones that were a block away. Too close to train. Was surrounded by factories. Breakfast choices were little. Weak coffee. Dirty pool and spa. Bathroom had noticeable mold on toilet and tub. Rusty sinks. Staff was not knowledgably of their own amenities.”
