“Hotel was marketed as beachfront. It is not. Our room had a view of the backside of another building. Should have stayed at the Best Western nearby.”

“The worst experience I have ever had. Unsafe, unsecured and everything is broken. The management teams remedy for everything is for the patron to pack up their stuff and change rooms.”

“The hotel was fine. However, they did not have our reservation when we checked in. I don't know yet if the issue has been resolved or not. We got one of two remaining rooms. About 2:30 a.m. We awoke with ants crawling all over us in the bed. They were coming up the wall onto the bed. Thank goodness they were not biting ants. The next morning the desk clerk apologized but did not seem too surprised by the fact that we had ants in the room.”

“The front doorway area was badly damaged and boarded up. There were single men milling about all over the place, hanging around the pool fully dressed. The front desk man was rude and told me I "didn't have to stay there" but he would charge me. The elevator door kept opening and shutting at least three times before going up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!”

“As described above,we were not given a room that has an operating toilet despite request. There was no maintenance personnel to fix the problem at that time. Again, we informed a different frontdesk person the following morning and he's already aware that the room given to us has a non functioning toilet and yet they still assigned us to that room the night before.”

“A very friendly, convenient hotel. Nice pool, OK workout room, better-than-expected breakfast (continental breakfast that included hard-cooked eggs, rolls, cereal, bagels, etc.). Good sheets on the bed.”
