• Very practical, no fancy stuff but you get almost everything you would need.

“Room comes with a small (but fully equipped)kitchen, including fridge / microwave / toaster / plates/range. Laundry room is well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay even though I booked this hotel by accident. We were little bit worried about the quality but then actually had a very pleasant stay.”

• Nothing.
• Would not give us towels.

“The hotel location was fine, the staff was bad, our room did not have towels so we called down for some and was told that we could not have any. When I asked for the manager name and number I was told that I didn't need it. We did not stay the second night.”

• Great staff. Gave us a second room for very little price.
• They didn't have any more rooms with double beds.

“I am very unhappy. We marked we had 4 people in our family and they sign us up with a room with one queen bed.”

• Nice place, no complaints.

• The lady at the counter was friendly.
• I had my 2 sons & mother with me, and had to sleep on chair to give them double bed.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is particular about their surroundings, and have small children with them. the meager rooms are so dated, and look as if they have not been updated since the hotel opened. The refrigerator kept us up all night, I had to sleep in a chair because my mother & sons were in the 1 bed that was in the room, even though we requested 2 beds, and other rooms were available.”

“The room was nice, but it smelled bad when we opened the door. A little air freshener and turning on the air conditioner took the smell away fast. Toilet was leaking, but someone came up to fix it right away. No other problems. Nice place to stay and good location.”

• My kids and I really enjoyed the fact that there was a full kitchen in the room.
• There was only one vending machine.

“My kids and I were very surprised about the full kitchen the room, and that we didn't have to use an ice bucket to keep our food and drinks cold. The room was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!”

• The kitchen was great.
• They wouldn't let me check in 30 minutes early and didn't have a public restroom.

“This hotel would be okay, if you were staying for a long time. The kitchen was great, but the bed was hard, the sheets were scratchy, the towels were rough and there was no hair dryer or shampoo. They wouldn't let me check in half an hour early and didn't have a restroom I could use.”

• No amenities- strictly for business travelers.

“If you are looking for a basic, clean room for business travel, it is great. There are no Movies-on-demand & nothing but a bar of soap in the bathroom. There is no food on site except a junk food vending machine and no workout facilities, which I would think that business travelers would like a place to work out each morning.”

• The manager the next day tried to take care of this bad experience.
• The front desk did not have me on her res. yet and tried to tell me it could take 3 hours to check in.

“I was put in 3 different rooms before I spent the night there. She put me on the highway side and it was very noisy-could not sleep.”

• The room smelled awful, lots of early morning noise.

“Located near the freeway, this is a poorly maintained version of an Extended Stay hotel. Terrible smell in the room, lots of early morning noise. The only saving grace was that the staff was very nice.”

• They were willing to help when we had problems.
• We had problems with the 2nd room they gave us.

“The staff was very helpful but they gave my room originally to someone else and I had to get a different room, then the 2nd room had a clogged toilet when we got into it, the 3rd room was pretty good, but on Saturday night the cops were all over the hotel room and we were told that there are lots of murders that go on in that hotel.”

• Staff was incompetent.

“We would never stay here again. 1st room we were given a key to already had occupants, who had been there for 4 months. Heater didn't work in the next 2 rooms. 4th room was only available for 1 night and we had reservations for 4 nights. Took us 2 hours to get into a room for the first night, and had to change to another room the next day. Desk clerks were totally incompetent and untrained.”

• The floor plan was nicely done and the decor was very nice also.
• The only thing that I can complain about was that there weren't DVD hookups to the TV. The staff was a little hard to get a hold of and not visible.
