Proximity to UC Davis.
Very small space for the continental breakfast.

“This was an OK place to stay for a reasonable price. We were in Ca visiting schools and chose this hotel based on location and it's proximity to UC Davis.”

1st and the best location, next to UC Davis campus.
Not sure if there was a pool.

“Other hotels are touted as close to campus, this one is too. Right next to Aggie Inn with plenty of ambiance within walking distance. Helpful staff accentuates a nice college town stay.”

Great location.
Noisy, old, did not have correct set up two doubles.

“Excellent location in Down town Davis CA. The hotel was noisy and they did nothing by the way of customer service to fix our room problem on day 1.”

Great location in the small downtown area of Davis.
Rodents in ceiling at night!

“Great location in the heart of Davis, I complained to the staff and the problem is that the rodents are coming in via trees that are in contact with the roof. For some reason they are waiting for spring to trim the trees. This was a very disturbing stay.
”
