• Excellent room location.
• Had to drive through McDonalds to get there.

“Friendly staff. Room wasn't fancy, but was clean and reasonably priced.”

• Staff was nice.
• No elevator, unsafe area, noisy and no good food open at night, just fast food.

“You have to be on a real tight budget to stay here.”

• Six pillows.
• The route to get to your room was very gloomy, old, & stairs on all three floors were cement making the appearance very cold and unfriendly.

“I guess if there was no were else to stay and you were stranded on the Freeway, this place would work. I know the overall price is what you would say cheep, but compared to other places, this one rates a negative (-10). This is probably due to Woodland having only one and two star hotels available.”

• Very quiet rooms.
• Difficult communicating with desk staff.

“Would definitely stay here again. Location not good for getting out for a walk/exercise in the light industrial areas and major freeways nearby.”

• Room had microwave and small refry.
• No elevators, I had room on 3rd floor, hallways not air conditioner. Pool not heated.

• Wireless internet worked flawlessly.
• No exhaust fan in bathroom or coffee maker in room.

“Older hotel, kind of smelled like food, like an old apartment building. Some things were modern (wireless internet). Some conveniences I'm accustomed to when traveling like coffee makers were absent from the room, and the room had a couple of flies and bugs in it. Also, I got the room closest to the ice machine, which was noisy. I'd rate the hotel just so-so.”
